Today’s Daily Tip
Good health shouldn’t be complicated.
We believe small, consistent habits beat big, stressful overhauls — and today we want to share something special you can do in under 3 minutes.
January 22 “2–2–2 Reset”
If your day feels “stuck” (low energy, distracted, tense shoulders), try this quick reset:
2 minutes of easy movement: slow marching in place, shoulder rolls, or a short walk to the kitchen and back.
2 deep breaths (in through your nose for ~4 seconds, out for ~6 seconds). Unclench your jaw on the exhale.
2 sips of water (or warm tea). Tiny hydration wins add up — especially in winter.
Why it works: movement boosts circulation, slower exhales help your body “downshift,” and hydration supports focus and energy.
